By registering, posting listings, or purchasing services on RentSellNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other guidelines provided on the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use RentSellNow services.
• By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date

3. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to post properties or purchase contact bundles.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Property Listings

• Each property listing costs ₹100 per post.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. RentSellNow reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules.
• Once a property post is live, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Contact Bundles

• Contact bundles are sold as 50 contacts for ₹50.
• However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse other users’ property listings or contact information.
• Engage in harassment, spam, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to RentSellNow systems or data.

7. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
• Users must pay the required fees before posting listings or accessing contacts.
• RentSellNow is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect payment details entered by users.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on RentSellNow, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of RentSellNow or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• RentSellNow is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of property listings or contacts provided by users.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, including disputes between buyers and sellers.

10. Termination

• RentSellNow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

• RentSellNow may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from the use of RentSellNow shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of local courts in India.
