At RentSellNow, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable service for all users posting and accessing property listings. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

1. Property Postings

• Each property post is charged ₹100 per listing.
• Once a property post is successfully submitted and live on RentSellNow, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that all listing details are accurate before submission.

2. Purchase of Contacts

• Contacts are sold in bundles of 50 contacts for ₹50.
• Once a contact bundle is purchased, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the contacts are immediately accessible.

3. Cancellation of Services

• RentSellNow does not allow cancellations for property postings or contact purchases once payment is completed.
• Any disputes regarding payments should be reported to support@rentsellnow.in within 48 hours of the transaction.

4. Technical or Payment Issues

• In the event of a technical failure or payment error preventing your property post or contact purchase, RentSellNow will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
• Verified issues may be resolved by reposting the property or providing equivalent contact access.

5. Changes to the Policy

• RentSellNow reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
• Updated policies will be posted on the website, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
